Dorothy Matsie was an American ballet dancer, and a member of the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from 1948-1952. Her collection consists of photographs, correspondence, newspaper articles, and a hand drawn tour map.
Barbara McGinnis Collection
Barbara McGinnis is an American dancer who performed with Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from 1952-1956. She was one of the organizers of the 2000 Ballets Russes Reunion in New Orleans. Her collection includes correspondence from the reunion as well as a proof of Reminiscences, a publication of Ballets Russes stories from company dancers.
Robert Miglin Program
Miglin donated a Col. W. de Basil Ballet Russe souvenir program from the 1937-38 season which he acquired from the estate of actor Ray Bolger.
Milada Mladova Collection
Milada Mladova was born Annabelle Milada Mraz in Oklahoma City, She took her stage name when she joined Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo in 1937. She danced with the company until 1942. Her collection contains DVDs, photographs, newspaper and magazine articles, and scrapbook pages.
Yvonne Mounsey, born in South African, danced with the Original Ballet Russe under the name of Irina Zarova from 1939-1941. Stranded in Cuba during World War II, she danced in nightclubs before returning to New York after she encountered George Balanchine in Mexico City. At Balanchine’s invitation, she joined his fledgling company and went on to perform many Balanchine pieces, becoming especially acclaimed for her performances as the Siren in “Prodigal Son”. Her collection consists of souvenir programs and performance photographs.
Nina Novak, a Polish ballerina, danced with the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from 1948-1962 and also served as ballet mistress. Her collection includes a memoir, correspondence, ephemera, photos, and a unicorn mask that she wore in her role in “La Dame a la Licorne.”

Robyn Pasternack is a University of Oklahoma alumna and Professor of Dance at the University of Central Oklahoma. Robyn donated a performance flyer for The Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo.

Dr. Phelan is a writer, curator, and arts educator. He is a former professor and Director of the School of Visual Arts at the University of Oklahoma. His collection contains flyers, programs, and books he has written about dancers.
Mary Price Boday Collection
Mary Price Boday is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and alumna of the University of Oklahoma. She performed, taught, and choreographed internationally and is a master dance teacher. Price Boday donated interviews with Miguel Terekhov, and an Oklahoma Indian Ballerina Festival program.

Gilbert Reed performed with the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from 1948-1951. He donated a headshot of himself.
Bernice Rehner danced with the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo from 1946 to 1950. Her collection contains materials from that time and from earlier training and performing with George Balanchine as well as drawings by George Verdak, documents from her time as American Guild of Musical Artists representative for the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, and photographs.

Jane Robertson Treubig was a University of Oklahoma School of Dance student and one of the performers in the 1967 Oklahoma Indian Ballet Festival. Jane had a 15 year career as a chorus dancer on Broadway and is now a Stage Manager for Westchester Ballet Company and a facilitator for the Diplomat Health & Swim Club. Her collection consists of a notebook of class notes, a 4 Moons scrapbook, and a program.
